Disabled Policy for Tickets
Barnsley Football Club is committed to making areas of Oakwell accessible for Disabled Supporters to enable them to watch all games at the ground.
To ensure this policy only applies to the Supporters who really need these
 facilities, Barnsley Football Club reserve the right to request proof of a disability before adhering to the clubs pricing structure.
Such proof shall include:
(1) Receipt of the Higher rate of Disabled Living Allowance (Mobility or Care component).
(2) Receipt of either Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance.
Receipt of an Orange/Blue Badge will NOT be considered "Proof of Disability".
An appeal panel consisting of representatives from Barnsley FC and Barnsley FC Supporters’ Trust will be set up to consider any disputes on eligibility.
Pricing Policy
This applies to all disabled categories that meet the above criteria.
 (e.g. Supporters who need to use a Wheelchair, Ambulant disabled, Visually impaired, Learning difficulties. )
Supporters with infirmities through physically restricting medical conditions or the elderly who have severe difficulty climbing steps may be located in the Disabled areas. This will be decided on individual merit.
The club policy is that the Disabled /Infirm person is charged according to the clubs pricing structure and if a Personal Assistant (PA) is required they will not be charged.
Season Tickets.
Season Tickets will be issued to the Disabled supporter together with a Pass for the Personal Assistant.
The pass is the property of Barnsley FC and will only be issued to the Disabled person and is only valid when the disabled person is present at the entrance to the ground. ( If the PA attends a game on their own they are required to purchase a match day ticket. )
 On categorised away matches only the Disabled Season Ticket will apply.
The Disabled Supporter and PA tickets will be classed as one ticket.
