Barnsley Football Club have issued the following statement on the official club website

"BARNSLEY Football Club would like to praise its supporters due to travel to Preston North End today on the Reds' official coaches.

Six coaches were all set to depart from Oakwell when the late decision to postpone the fixture was made and the Club would like to put on record its thanks for the attitude and reaction of those fans despite their disappointment."

Members of the Supporters Trust Board, who were travelling on the official club coaches would like to echo the statement made by the football club
