Earlier this season the trust agreed to support Barnsley referees association to help train junior referees. £500 was donated to help purchase a two way communication system to enable mentors to speak with the junior referees during a game in order to help and encourage them.

These Junior referees also help Barnsley football club by refereeing academy games at Oakwell every Sunday.
